My name is Erica Mercado and I am a traveling, freelance makeup artist based out of Rockford, IL. I have been in the business for 9 years and have loved every second of it. Being able to express my artistic side while also making my clients feel beautiful both inside and out is truly a blessing. Connecting with my clients and helping them create their dream look is the best part of my job. I specialize in bridal beauty, destination wedding makeup, makeup for photoshoots, school formals, special event makeup, and group classes. When not doing makeup, you can find me at home with my two kids, on the PTO board of my kids' school, enjoying dinner out with my husband who is the most loving partner and father I could ask for, or taking my fur baby Mabel for a long walk.
